| 科技论文的自我剽窃因为低风险高回报而普遍存在,占用大量出版资源造成浪费,必须对其进行识别并加以遏制。本文分析科技论文自我剽窃行为的动机和根源,归纳出自我剽窃论文的主要类型和特点,从“量”和“质”2个方面去综合考察,总结出自我剽窃论文的识别方法,并用实例予以说明。认为对剽窃论文的准确识别可以规范学术行为,促进科技期刊的健康发展。 |

| The widely existed phenomenon of self-plagiarism for scientific papers occupies a great deal of publishing services because of its high return and low risk, and it is necessary to be detected and suppressed. The reasons and motivations of self-plagiarism are analyzed, and then the types and characteristics of this kind of papers are summarized. The methods to detect the self-plagiarism are presented from aspects of quantity and quality, and it is explained by practical examples in editing. The accurate detection of self-plagiarism is beneficial to the development of scientific periodicals. |
