      高校学术期刊人事现状为管理僵化,复合型人才缺乏,编辑待遇偏低,编辑队伍不稳定。人事改革方向主要有推行岗位目标责任制、促进人才培养及流动机制、建立多重保障体系,稳定编辑队伍。
英文摘要:
      The current personnel situation of academic journal departments in Chinese universities can be characterized by management inefficiency, shortage of all-round talents, low salary for editors and unstable editorial team. Several directions are involved in the reform of personnel system, such as implementing job responsibility system, promoting human resources development and mobility system, and establishing a multi-security system for a stable editorial team.
