| Loss of editor personality hinders not only the healthy development of academic journals, but also affects enthusiasm of academic innovation. It is mainly shown in following aspects at present:neglecting to learn new things, being too dependent on academic authorities, tending to be arrogant and feel superior, and carrying out misconducts. Some suggestions to solve these problems are given. |
