The periodical risk management includes the periodical risk identification, the periodical risk evaluation, the periodical risk prevention, the periodical risk retention, the periodical risk aversion period and the periodical risk transfer. The periodical risk control contains the periodical science and democracy decision-making control, the periodical scientific management control, the periodical financial budget control, the periodical social insurance control and the periodical operating project proof control. |
