| To optimizing editorial process, improving working efficiency, this paper summarizes the cases of 116 manuscripts being rejected for not reaching the standard after revision from September 2008 to September 2009 in Chinese Journal of Reparative and Reconstructive Surgery. The reasons are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward. |
