为实现期刊编辑部的使命与任务,建立了层级目标评估指标体系。将编辑部总体发展目标有效分解为2个层级7个工作岗位的核心指标,确定了指标内涵、指标权重、评估标准和评分方法;提出了应用评估体系时应注意的问题,以期达到编辑部工作思路更为清晰、工作成效大幅提升、员工能力得以增强、团队意识得以强化的目的。 |

In order to achieve the journal's editorial missions and tasks, we have established a level of objective evaluation index system. Editorial overall development objectives will be effectively divided into two levels and seven core indicators. The meaning of indicators, indicator weights, evaluation criteria and scoring method are determined. We put forward the issues in application of evaluation system in order to achieve purposes as followed, clearer idea of work, significantly improved operational performance, increased ability of staff, and strengthened sense of team. |
