| 基于中国新闻出版业改革的重构行业经济结构要旨,就高校科技期刊所应有的经济定位作了初步分析,指出应该从高校科技期刊的公益与私益性、文化与商品属性、事业与企业性质以及高校科技期刊的社会效益和经济效益分析等多方面进行深入研究,才能确定这一类学术期刊应该选择怎样的改革模式。 |

| Based on the aim of reconstructing the structure of journalism and publishing industry in China this paper analyses what the economic position that scientific journals published by Chinese universities is being in. It put forth that some thorough researches about these journals in the nature of public or private good; of culture or commodity; of public institution or enterprise and what the social effects and economic benefits they can make in should be done further. Thus, right reform patterns can be chosen by the publishers and theoretic and practical advices can be provided for the government to make policy and for the publishers to take measures. |
