      It is very important to build up sci-tech periodical brands. When building up sci-tech periodical brands, several relations must be handled well, including the relations between editor's duty and author's duty, the relations among editors, authors and readers; the relations between social effect and economic effect; the relations among periodical quantity; publication and advertisement; the relation between personnel training and management.
