| 从信息博弈角度看,为了应对关系稿与审稿人的道德风险问题,科技学术期刊分别采取了“编辑学者化”与“信号识别”的审稿策略；但是,由此产生的“信号异化”及其所带来的“学术寻租”与“逆向选择”问题,使得科技学术期刊必须坚持“把科技学术期刊当作学术期刊来办”和“把专家审稿与编辑审稿相结合”的审稿策略。 |

| In terms of information game, sci-tech academic journals have adopted some general tactics of manuscript examination such as "scholarly editors" and "signal recognition" to deal with the moral hazard of relation contribution and peer reviewing. However, to tackle the resulting "signal alienation" and the consequent "academic rent-seeking" and "adverse selection", sci-tech academic journals must adhere to some basic principles of manuscript examination such as "sci-tech academic journals for sci-tech academic sake" and "combining peer reviewing with editor examination". |
