| According to the survey of existing preliminary review by editors, some factors influencing the paper writing were analyzed together with the reasons and possibilities of quantization. Based on this, a qualitative analysis was carried out for the establishment of an indicator system and its operation principles. The proposed method provides a new concept and mode for quantization study on preliminary review for sci-tech periodicals. |
