| Based on a review of the process of the creation and development of the university-run magazine Development of Mountainous Regions, this paper discusses the importance of share-holding reform for market-oriented periodicals run by universities. And the paper stresses that it is of primary significance in the reform to ensure the correct direction of magazine running after the transformation, to follow in proper order and sequence and advance step by step, to have clearly established ownership and well-defined right and responsibility, and to readjust the orientation of the magazine. |
