| An online submission system is a good platform for the sci-tech periodicals development in network information. The sci-tech periodicals should use the system according to their conditions while a good economy budget must be worked out. Some sci-tech periodicals may combine each other to build a big system with low cost and periodical source optimization. At the same time, the system application also needs to strengthen the internal administration of periodicals for an excellent effect. |
