| The quality of sci-tech academic journals is based on the author's ability to obtain information and his or her innovation, induction as well as language expressions in writing the papers. The editor's and reviewer's ability to appreciate articles also plays a role in the factors that determine the quality of the journals. The author's background is of less importance compared with the previous factors. |
