| 分析比较20种中外临床医学期刊的栏目设置情况。结果显示:国内临床医学期刊的固定栏目占每期栏目总数的比例低于国外期刊,但每期平均栏目数和总栏目数高于国外期刊；国内期刊综述类文章比例偏高,达9.93%,而国外期刊只占3.44%,相反,通信类、评论类和指南类文章在国外期刊中分别占到19.12%、9.91%、3.49%,在国内期刊中则分别占0.21%、8.5%、1.64%。认为:国内临床医学期刊栏目的稳定性尚待提高,名称需要进一步规范化,指南类和评论类栏目的文章比例有待提高；国内外临床期刊的一些特色栏目值得在编辑策划中予以尝试。 |

| A comparison of column design among 20 Chinese and international clinical journals is conducted. Results show that the ratio of fixed columns per issue in Chinese clinical journals is lower, whereas the average number of columns in each issue and the total columns are higher compared with international clinical journals. The percentage of review articles in Chinese clinical journals is more than the international clinical journals (9.93% vs 3.44%), while that of correspondence, commentary and guideline articles is lower than the international clinical journals (0.21% vs 19.12%, 8.5% vs 9.91%, 1.64% vs 3.49%, respectively). In summary, Chinese clinical journals should increase the ratio of fixed columns as well as the proportion of guidelines and commentaries, and standardize the name of columns. The characteristic columns in these clinical journals, especially in international journals, deserve to be practiced. |
