| 为解决编辑工作中远程校对和期刊电子化的问题,对Ghostscript和GSview软件作简要介绍,阐述利用这2种软件将方正书版PS文件转换为PDF文件的方法。所用到的GhostScript和GSview均为正版免费软件,获取方便,占硬盘空间小,转换速度快,生成的PDF文件精度高、容量小,可以很好地满足稿件远程校对和制作光盘型、网络型期刊的需要。 |

| To solve the problems of long-distance proofreading in editing work and electrification of periodicals, Ghostscript and GSview are introduced briefly, and a method of converting PS document formed in Founder Bookmaker System into PDF document by the softwares is elaborated. Ghostscript and GSview are both legal softwares which can be downloaded conveniently and are free, and the converting process is fairly fast. PDF documents obtained by the method are with high precise and small capacity, which can meet the requirements of long-distance proofreading and light disk or network periodical's execution. |
