| On the bases of analyses and studies of the current publishing status of China's sci-tech periodicals and the management mechanisms of foreign STM journals, the author proposes some classified reform ideas for China's sci-tech periodicals which include transforming the editing and publishing organizations from public institutions into enterprises, separating the editing work and publishing business, and remaining some for nonprofit publishing. |
