      在对科研成果评判、扬弃、更新与组织传播过程中,编辑要善于:向作者和审稿专家借“智力”,以获得阐释创新信息的能量和增强内在的学术张力;向读者借“识力”,以优化编辑创意和修正信息评判标准;向其他媒介借“传播力”,以扩大信息传播的广度并提升信息服务能力。
英文摘要:
      In the process of evaluating, abandoning, updating, organizing and publishing the results of scientific research, editors should firstly make the best use of "intelligence" of authors and experts to acquire ability of interpreting innovative information and enhance the internal academic ability. Secondly, through "cognitive power" of readers, the creative editing is to be optimized with correction of information evaluation standards. Thirdly, by "communication ability" from other media, the breadth of information dissemination is to be expanded with the promotion of capabilities in information service.
