| 分析教育部《高等学校科学技术学术规范指南》《高校人文社会科学学术规范指南》及科学技术部《科研活动诚信指南》中关于一稿多投的内容。从对一稿多投的定义、界定和例外规定3个方面分析3个《指南》的可取与不足之处及其对学术期刊编辑避免并处理一稿多投的意义。 |

| The authors analyze the academic norms about multiple contributions with one manuscript in Directory of Academic Norms for Science and Technology in Universities, Directory of Academic Norms for Social Science issued by the Ministry of Education and Directory of Integrity for Scientific Research issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The positive and negative aspects of these three directories are analyzed, which are focused on the concept of multiple contributions with one manuscript, how to judge them and the exception of multiple contributions with one manuscript. The authors then point out the significance of the three directories for editors' avoiding and dealing with multiple contributions with one manuscript. |
