| In this paper, the sci-tech editors' roles for culturing sci-tech talents are discussed from three aspects:to be a Bole (a good judge of talent in Chinese legend), a bridge, and a gardener. The paper points out the editors should bear the responsibility of culturing talents during their editing work. |
