| In order to convert the format of illustrations provided by the authors into that supported by the typeset system (Founder Bookmaker) of sci-tech periodicals, the virtual PDF printer is used to transfer the illustrations into PDF text files, which can be read in Photoshop and converted into a format supported by the typeset system of Founder Bookmaker, such as a tif format. Thus, the illustration processing based on Photoshop is realized, meeting the requirement for the high-quality mixed format of graphs and words in sci-tech periodicals. |
