| 当前,高校科技期刊青年编辑的学历层次明显提高,自我实现的要求也与日俱增。以中国药科大学期刊编辑部为例,总结编辑部领导营造青年编辑成才环境的具体措施,如实施参加业务培训班、鼓励攻读在职学位等继续教育工程以及开展集体编辑业务学习制度等,同时要求青年编辑通过积极开展编辑学研究、工作中主动汲取知识等方式自我完善,实现新时期的复合型编辑人才的架构。认为高学历青年编辑必须利用外界营造的良好成才环境及通过自身不断的努力实现早日成才。 |

| Currently, with the increased educational background of young editors in sci-tech journals of the universities, their demands for self-realization are correspondingly increasing. Taking the Editorial Department of China Pharmaceutical University as an example, this paper sums up the concrete measures taken by the editorial leadership to create a learning environment for the young editors, such as encouraging the participation of training courses and in-service education degree as well as conducting the system of collective learning. The paper also introduces how the young editors positively carry out the editing research, actively absorb knowledge to become the inter-disciplinary talents in the new era. And the authors of this paper hold that the well-educated youths must make full use of the good environment outside and self continuous efforts to achieve their goals. |
