| Most famous American and British medical journals have news policy, the essence of which is the press release based on the policy of news embargo. The embargo policy contains restrictive requirements for both the authors and the mass media, while it is permitted to be broken under special circumstances. The impact of the news policy on dissemination of medical information may be both positive and negative. With the continuous improvement of the policy, its negative effect will be minor. |
