| In order to raise the scientific journals' academic standards, we should solicit manuscripts from famous experts. The authors of this paper introduce the preparatory work and some methods for soliciting, including sending emails, making phone calls, participating conferences and visiting experts. Main problems in the course of inviting manuscripts are analyzed, and their solutions are given. |
