| Which necessary help information to peer reviewers should be provided by academic journals is a problem that is worth discussing. Information about manuscripts should not be provided to peer reviewers usually unless it is necessary. The acceptance ratio of contributions has a good help role for peer reviewers to hold suitable evaluation standard in reviewing manuscripts well. |
