| Through the analyses of various interests in the processes of editing and publishing, a conclusion is achieved that building the orientation of value and fair-minded consciousness of editors is the core for improving journal quality and the motive force for establishing the fair environment of journal publishing. An idea is put forward that establishing subject consciousness and playing specialized spirit of editors as well as enhancing moral restrain of editors and system restrain of editorial staff are beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of sci-tech journals in a fair publishing environment. |
