| 1917年邓子安在北平主编的《电界》,是近代中国私人创办的第一种电气类科技期刊。《电界》刊登了电气科学的应用及理论,以及电气方面的论著和消息报道。《电界》的办刊特色体现在以下方面:发挥评论的引领作用；图文并茂；注重与读者的互动和信息的时效性；语言的平实和贴近生活。《电界》在传播国内外电气领域的新知识、新技术和新理论,普及电气知识方面发挥了积极的作用。 |

| Electrical World was the first private magazine focused on electricity in modern China, founded by Deng Zi'an in 1917. Published twice a month, it carried articles on both the science and applications of electricity, as well as news reports on industrial developments in China and abroad. Electrical World's editing features were embodied in the following aspects:played the leading role of comment articles；The pictures and their accompanying essays were both excellent；The interaction with readers' and information timeliness were paid attention to；Plain language was used and close to the ordinary people It played a positive role not only in transmitting new knowledge, new technologies and new theories in the electric field, but also in popularizing scientific knowledge in general. |
