| This paper holds that the modern sci-tech journals should set the goals, such as maximum balance, increasing the value of capital and accumulation of business funds in their financial management. The paper also points out some principles for the financial management, such as rational allocation of funds, balance of revenue and expenditures, cost effectiveness, balance of benefits and risks, and information management. |
