| The e-data of Electric Power Construction and Electric Power System have been integrated and an on-line publishing platform for electric power journals has been established based on e-commerce. Technical methods for the on-line publishing platform and the construction of the main function modules such as paper databases, on-line payment and on-line reader are introduced in this paper for the purpose of carrying out e-commerce activities with the self-established website. |
