| 编辑的学术素养与科技期刊的学术水平有着重要的联系。阐明学术素养的含义和重要性。认为提高我国科技学术期刊编辑的学术素养需要从科技期刊主办单位的重视程度、编辑部的氛围以及编辑自身努力等3个角度进行考虑。前两者是外因,后者是内因。只有三者相结合,才能不断提高编辑的学术素养,科技期刊的学术水平也就相应提高。 |

| There are important links between editors' academic literacy and academic level of sci-tech periodicals. This paper explains the meaning and the importance of academic literacy. In order to improve the academic literacy of the editors of sci-tech periodicals, we should consider three important factors:the sponsors of sci-tech periodicals, atmosphere of the editorial departments and editors'own efforts. The first two factors are external, and the third is internal. Only considering these three factors simultaneously can we improve the editors' academic literacy continuously, and then the academic level of sci-tech periodicals can be increased accordingly. |
