| Given the fact that many authors are not well aware of or do not well implement documentation rules of bibliographic references in their submission manuscripts, the author proposes that besides popularizing more about the rules, journal editors should guide the authors' attention to the bibliographic references making full use of the stage when authors are revising their manuscripts. |
