| In order to improve the soft power, China's sci-tech periodicals should value the further education for editors. The authors introduce that the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has built a further education system by providing editors training courses, holding employee vocational competitions, attending academic conferences, and encouraging writing academic papers, etc. The authors also raise the thought of intensifying the further education system. |
