| Young college journal editors are now having higher education degrees and under heavy working pressure, most of whom are not even professionally trained in the major of editing and publication. Given this fact, young editors, based on their specialties, should keep seeking self-development, giving full play to their jobs, grasping the interests in jobs, enhancing communication, and reading or writing to a great extent. |
