| Effects of occupational hazard factors faced by the editors of sci-tech journals on their physical and mental health were analyzed. The causes of the occupational stress and job burnout were discussed and countermeasures were proposed. The author suggests that attention should be paid to the occupational health of sci-tech journal editors. It was pointed out that the occupational health of sci-tech journal editors and its influencing factors should be added into the scope of sci-tech journal editing research. |
