| Taking Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines as a case, we analyzed the effects, advantages and weakness in the council management of China's sci-tech periodicals, and propose some relevant measures. We hold that connection between theory and practice should be strengthened for the management innovation of sci-tech periodicals. |
