| Based on three levels of innovation, i.e., original, second and supplementary innovations, we analyze the hierarchy of editorial innovation of sci-tech journals. We hold that, for editorial work of sci-tech journal, discovering scientific talents is the original innovative contribution to the development of the society and science, optimizing new scientific information is the second innovation, and improving paper quality by editing is the supplementary innovation. |
