| 作者推荐审稿人有利于加快审稿进程、提高审稿效率。对作者推荐审稿人存在的主要问题进行分析,并建议:科技期刊编辑引导作者推荐合适的审稿人；认真审核推荐的审稿人；在封闭的同行评审体系中有条件地使用推荐的审稿人；要打破同行评审的私人关系,最好公开审稿人的评审意见。 |

| Authors' recommendation of peer reviewers helps journal editors to speed up the review process and improve the review efficiency. We analyze the main problems in the reviewer-recommending convention, and suggest that editors of sci-tech journals should guide the authors to recommend proper reviewers and carefully examine the recommended reviewers. In a closed peer-review system, recommended reviewers should be invited conditionally. Personal relationships during the review process should be broken and it would be best to make public the reviewers' comments. |
