| 通过对数字化出版特点及网络传播规律的分析,认为:无论是高校学报还是专业期刊,在网络世界里科技期刊的汇编权被肢解,学术信息以微内容的形式存在和传播,平等地供使用者搜索；因此,长期困扰高校学报发展的综合性劣势在淡化,为高校学报的发展提供了机遇。利用中国学术期刊网络出版总库检索,获取部分高校学报和专业期刊2010年的发文量,以及在相同发表时间内的网络下载次数,并计算出每种期刊篇均下载次数。结果表明,与专业期刊相比,高校学报网络传播效果略占优势,影响传播的主要因素是科技期刊的内容和品牌效应而不是综合性或专业性。 |

| We analyze the characteristics of digital publishing and the rules of network dissemination. It is found that the compilation rights of either university journals or professional journals in the internet are disassembled and the journal contents are presented and disseminated as small cells for equal searching by users, which attenuates the disadvantages of university journals. The total number of papers published in 2010 and download times within the given period of some journals are obtained through searching in the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database (CAJNPD), and the average download times for one paper within the same post-publication period are evaluated. The result show that university journals are slightly superior to professional ones in network spreading, and the main factors affecting the number of citations are journal contents and brand rather than comprehensiveness and specialty. |
