| With the development of digital publishing, the quality of editors is the key factor affecting the quality of sci-tech periodicals. Editors of sci-tech periodicals must strengthen their consciousness of competition and creativity, and have definite consciousness of orientation and the consideration on the construction of the journals. In addition, editors should also improve their professional competence, and be familiar with computer techniques. |
