| From the perspectives of professional quality training and development of young editors, the authors analyze the current situation experienced by young editors of sci-tech journals and propose four basic points of view in cultivating young editor's professional qualities. Finally, three strategic proposals are presented for young editor's vocational development in mechanism construction. |
