| This paper discuss the importance of interpersonal communication of young editors of sci-tech periodicals. Young editors should fully play their role in the communication with authors, readers, reviewers, editorial committee members and colleagues in the same department. It is a good way for young editors to learn professional knowledge and grasp frontier information of their own fields by making use of their communication with reviewers and editorial committee members. Young editors should serve well authors and readers in the course of communication and unify their colleagues, forming a harmonious group. |
