| 知识经济时代,传统的出版正在向数字化出版转型,在此过程中,科技期刊编辑的工作激情决定了工作效率和工作质量。以《质谱学报》为例,说明在科技期刊创新发展中,富有激情的编辑思维活跃、目光敏锐:在期刊选题、期刊宣传、网络集成创新方面大有作为；在编辑的服务意识方面,能从多角度分析、考虑问题,为作者和读者提供更贴心的服务,从而稳定刊物的作者群和读者群。认为对于科技期刊编辑,工作激情必不可少。 |

| With the rapid development of today's science and technology, only when editors are filled with passions and innovation consciousness in the work, can they become the fully developed publishing talents meeting the demand of the times. Integrating the experience of Journal of Chinese Mass Spectrometry Society, this paper states that editing passion is very important in creating characteristic columns. Editing passion is the strong motivation for editors to serve authors and readers well. |
