| Comprehensive reading and evaluation of sci-tech periodicals after their publication conducted by the periodical press is a statutory requirement of "Regulations for Administration of Periodical Publication" as well as an important feedback of the quality control. It is also an important measure for implementing the responsibility system, an effective way for internal exchange of business and improvement of capabilities, and the last line of defense for quality inspection. The periodical press should read and evaluate periodicals after publication from aspects of system construction, unification of evaluation method and time, clarification of evaluation content, and so on. |
