| Soliciting manuscripts for sci-tech journals is very important for the editorial offices. Editors should take an active part in soliciting manuscripts, extensively report edge-cutting research achievements of "973" projects and relevant fields, and enrich the channels of paper soliciting. Subsequently, detailed methods and skills of soliciting contributions for sci-tech journals are presented and some measures for properly processing the solicited papers are proposed with some case reports. |
