| The relationship between editors and authors is like that between river and boat which complement each other. Combining with our research and editing practice, we demonstrate their relationship from the following two aspects:respecting authors and be good at discovering excellent manuscripts, based on which the friendly and harmonious relationship between editors and authors will be established. |
