| The importance of the communication skills of sci-tech journal editors is analyzed from three aspects:foundation of editorial work, necessity to improve editors' capabilities and possibility of training skills. We suggest that sci-tech journal editors should improve their communication skills from the language application ability, making full use of telephone medium and leaning to listen. |
