| Combining practice in the work, we discuss the necessity for scientific journal editors to set up editorial E-manuals of their own, and elucidate the primary content, establishing methods, maintenance, application and main functions of the manuals. It is pointed out that setting up editorial E-manuals is a recognized means, not only to enhance editors' work efficiency and quality, but also to improve their own capabilities. |
