| 医学期刊既有传播医学知识、交流科研成果、引导学术发展方向等功能,又有传承和构建人文精神,展现人文关怀的社会责任和义务。应在选题策划中自觉导入人文性原则,在来稿登记回复、审稿及退修、退稿信的撰写等环节上体现尊重、平等和公平正义等人文精神,并在编辑加工中强调期刊编辑的主体意识,保持期刊的风格和特色,在更高层次上体现期刊内在的人文素质。 |

| Medical journals(journals) have function in the dissemination of medical knowledge, exchange of research and guide of academic direction etc. On the other hand, journals have heritage and build the humanistic spirit,to show the humanistic care of social responsibilities and obligations too. Journals should be consciously import humanistic principles in the editing planning. From registration and reply of the contributions, articles of review and revise ,and writing of the rejection letter at various stages which journals should reflect the humanistic spirit of respect, equality and fairness and justice, stressed that the subject consciousness of journal editors in the practice of editing, maintain the style and characteristics of the journal,and so reflect the journal inherent humanistic qualities at a higher level. A large number of review articles published in series of international medical journals, these review articles are written by graduate students generally, and should be treated carefully and given support by journals, so that journals become an important force in construction and development of the humanistic spirit. |
