| 在简要阐述编辑与出版的内涵、编辑与出版的关系的基础上,分析从编辑到出版的科技学术期刊工作理念和工作重心所发生的变化。认为应对从编辑到出版的变化,要从提高科技学术期刊编辑的公关活动素质、学术策划素质、市场开拓素质以及优化编辑部组织结构上作准备。 关键词 科技学术期刊；编辑；出版；编辑素质；编辑部组织结构Preparation for change of work ideas and focus of sci-tech academic from editing to publishing ∥PENG Taoying Abstract\ On the base of introduction the connotation and relationship of editing and publishing, the change of idea and focus to work of scientific and technological periodicals resulted from the change from editing to publishing were analyzed.
