| In order to become high-quality editorial talents, young editors should insist on self-cultivation. The way of self-cultivation of professional attainment includes three respects:the full complement of editing knowledge and copyright related knowledge, continuously update professional knowledge and digital editing skills, make a summary of reviewers' comments and try to write editorial articles. |
