| 对以报道和揭露日寇常德细菌战暴行而闻名的战时名刊《国立湘雅医学院院刊》的办刊理念、编辑模式和传播策略作了研究。认为其立足高校期刊、肩负抗战救国的担当意识,首先从医学角度报道日寇常德细菌战,以及直击世界医学前沿、建议加强中国医学文献建设、发表在校学生论文、动态栏目调整和设置《通信》等栏目强化传播效果等做法,引领了中国战时医学的新方向,也使高校学术期刊的内涵、外延及其社会功用得到空前的提升,成为战时中国医学期刊成功传播的典型范例。 |

| By studying the publication idea, editing pattern and communication strategy of Journal of State-run Xiangya Medical College, in which the germ war started by Japanese invaders in Changde had been revealed and reported, this paper holds that, based on taking responsibility to propagate war of resistance to save the nation, this journal reports from the medical point of view the Changde biological warfare started by Japanese invaders, demonstrates the forefront of the global medical research, offers suggestions on strengthening the construction of medical literature and has realized so many achievements that led a new direction of national wartime medical science, promoted the features and social functions of university academic journals and eventually made this journal a typical example of success in communication of national wartime medical periodicals. |
